Just A Few Things We Do:

Doors with Dads & Friends
Twice a month opportunity to help kids out of their parent's car in the morning and maybe hand out a few dog treats every now and then.

Grill

We grill hotdogs and hamburgers for the kids during the Dove Picnic, Fall Movie Night, and any other time PTA asks for our grilling services.

Fix things

Occasionally, we are asked to help with small tasks around the school. For example, this past year, a few dads refinished the benches in the vestibule area of the building.

Christmas Float Build

We build the Dove Elementary Float for the Grapevine Christmas Parade.  This is probably the most time-intensive project we have and why we need more Dads to come volunteer with us.  If you volunteer, your kids are guaranteed a spot on the float!  How cool is that? 
P.S. - We won the People's Choice Award in 2021!

 


Have fun

We love our kids and the school, so we try to help out as much as we can.
